okay!...... this is first drawn and lined with marker partially colored and scanned and edited because my scanner ate the color i was testing to see of it worked well with colored pencil and marker but it completely killed it so i fixed everything on PS
then i just fiddled with different filters and coloring. i thank  for the really helpful glow effect tutorial ~~~~~ this is my OC Shinki (yah i know really creative name) for KH rps please don't steal her she belongs to me |
